*Speeds for DSL are measured at the  NID (Network Interface Device) and not the DSL modem. Acme Communications is not responsible for the speed loss that may occur between the NID and the DSL modem or with any other devices that may be attached to the DSL modem. Availability of a specific speed may be limited, due to the distance from the Central Office and / or the quality of the circuit from the Central Office to the property.

** If contract is not fulfilled, the remainder of the contract will be due upon termination.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If you're having trouble connecting or staying connected to the internet, there may be a simple solution. First, you can try simply rebooting your modem by unplugging it from its power source, wait ten seconds, and plugging it back in. If this doesn't solve your problem, check out our modem cheat sheets below. Simply select your modem type and follow the trouble shooting guide.
